Blizzard Juno

A Blizzard named Juno hit NYC with less than its predicted force early in the morning on january 27th. We were supposed to get 2+ feet of snow overnight. It turns out we only got just less than half of that. In preparation for the storm the mayor shut down the streets of Manhattan to all non-emergncy vehicle traffic and the subways. The snow plows barreled throught the streets unencumbered. Surprisingly I saw very few regular cars driving around and for the most part people stayed home. I wandered the closed down streets of Manhattan and took some photos with the Leica M 240 and the 21mm Super Elmar M.
